Grow Teams
Life gets fun when you live beyond yourself.
Grow Teams are one of the greatest ways to get involved at Grow Church. They consist of amazing people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. Whether it’s directing guests in the parking lot, preparing coffee, controlling the lights during a service, or investing in the lives of the next generation, we make a difference in the lives of others by finding a team that best fits our sweet spot.

Grow kids
Our team transforms tomorrow today by engaging the heart of a child and share the Gospel through dancing, playing games, and participating in creative activities that reveal God’s purposes.
Grow Care
Our team is strategically set to care for people sitting in their designated sections. We make others feel welcome by intentionally reaching out. We are also available to pray with others and answer any questions.
Church Online
God has graciously equipped Grow with tools to reach the lives of people all around the world. This team uses social media and other online tools to chat, pray and connect with others online.
Greeters
Our team welcomes people to Grow Church at the front doors and into the auditorium.
Ushers
Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
Facility Team
Our team helps Grow Church maintain a clean, safe, and functioning building.
Connect Corner
Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information. In addition our team welcomes new guests by answering any questions they may have, helping them know where to go, and giving them a special gift.
Grow Students
Our team helps students connect with our Grow Students ministry through Breakaway services, City Groups, Grow Groups, conferences, missions’ trips, and serving at the Student Link table on Sundays.
Events/ Hospitality
Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by setting up decorations and facilitating meals, coffee and snacks.
Grow Store
Our team assists those interested in purchasing the available media and resources in our bookstore.
Photography
Our team captures and highlights what God is doing through the heart and culture of our church.
Grow Steps
Our team helps people find their God-given purpose throughout our two-step classes on Sundays.Â
Bubble Club
Grow Worship®
Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.
Production
Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.
First Responders
Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency.
Parking
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Grow Church by welcoming people on and off the property and providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Prayer
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at Grow Church.
Experience Team
Our team exists to create fun, engaging, and distraction-free environments that allow people to have a great experience at Grow Church.
Grow Kids Connect Corner
Our team facilitates the Grow Kids check-in process to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

What if I join a team and don't like it?
Before you join any team, you’ll spend a day shadowing the team. The goal of shadowing before you join is to make sure it’s the right fit for you. If you end up joining and then decide it’s not the right fit, that’s ok. Just let your team lead know and we’ll discover your next step together.
I'm very busy, how much of a time commitment is required?
Every team has different time commitment levels. However, our golden rule for teams is this: Worship One, Serve One. This means we strive to have every team member worship one service and serve another. So they’re not serving every single service. We all need to sit and receive.
How will I know what to do when I join a team?
You will be contacted by the team trainer, as each team has a training process for their area. The trainer will go over everything you will need to know to feel comfortable serving on the team.
