FACILITY COORDINATOR

Basic Function

The Facility Coordinator will report directly to the Human Resources Director.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility maintenance for Grow Church
  • Works directly with Bloom Day School Director for facility needs
  • Below is an overview, but not an exhausted list, of responsibilities for each room in the building to be touched up each week as needed (not including Bloom Day School):
    • Taking out the trash
    • Vacuum and mop hard floors and carpets
    • Sanitize and wipe all surfaces
    • Dust stage and chairs
  • Track and order inventory for facility supplies
  • Work closely with and manage all facility vendors
    • Request quotes for new projects
    • Oversee the scheduling
    • Examples include HVAC, Fire Department, Electrical, Safety, etc.
  • Administrative support to facility team for all work orders
  • Point of contact for all facility needs and communication

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED (required)
  • Experience working with outside vendors
  • Cleaning or custodial experience is beneficial, but not required
  • Must be able to bend and lift frequently

 

Upon Employment

  • Must complete a drug test
