How Do I Drop Off and Pick Up My Kids?
We ask parents/guardians to check their children in at our Kids Connect corner, where we will ask for pertinent information to ensure the safety of your child(ren). After Checking in you will receive a minimum of 2 check-in stickers (1 child ID and 1 pick-up tag). Each child will have their check-in ID sticker with their name, class/location, a unique pick-up ID number, and an emergency contact number. After your child has been checked-in, and has received their ID sticker, a team member will escort them to their specific class. When your service has ended, your children will be ready to be picked up and share their experience with you! Our Kids connect team members will assist you with this by you handing them pick-up tag . The kids connect team member will present your pickup tag to the Classroom Leader, the leader will NOT release any child to any adult without the appropriate matching security pick up tag.
What if my child needs me during service?
In the event of an emergency, or your child should need you during service, our Grow Kids team members will text the number indicated on your child’s ID tag.
What do I need to bring with my child?
If your child is in the Birth – PreK classrooms please only leave the following items:
- Diaper- with child’s first and last name or Item tag on it.
- Sippy Cup/Bottle- with child’s first and last name or Item tag on it.
- Pacifier- with child’s first and last name or Item tag on it.
For our K-5th classroom..
It is recommended that your child bring their bible if they have one. Also they may bring in a water bottle.
How secure is the children's area?
In order to keep Grow Kids a safe and secure environment for parents and children, the following security measures are always in effect:
Team members are required to match the security number on the child’s ID tag with the one on the Pick-up tag. This happens EVERY time the child is picked up from our care.
Only team members with appropriate identification are allowed in Grow Kids environments.
No adult is permitted to work in Grow Kids areas without a completed background check.
Every classroom or environment will have at least two team members present at all times. No adult is to ever be alone with a child.
In the event that a parent loses their child’s pickup tag, that parent/guardian must complete a Lost Tag form with a Grow Kids staff Member.
What if my child has allergies or special needs?

Here at Grow Church, we dedicate our infants and young children to the Lord instead of baptizing them. We believe that water baptism is a public declaration of one’s relationship with Jesus.
Therefore we encourage it to be done once a child has gained an understanding of water baptism.
