Grow Worship

Leading God’s people into His presence

Worship Team Auditions

Grow Worship is a community of people who love God, love His people, and passionately pursue His presence. Our passion is to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence and respond with authentic praise. We believe worship is more than music—it is a way to help people draw closer to Him.

How do I join the team?

If you’re interested in joining our team, simply click the button above to complete the Audition Registration Form and take part in our live auditions.

What does an audition look like?

You’ll be able to choose a song to sing from a provided list of audition songs. After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the full list so you can prepare in advance.

What is Infuse?

Infuse is a six-week commitment that begins after you’re selected for the team. During this time, you’ll receive foundational teaching on worship along with practical training to help you integrate into Grow Worship. Infuse is mandatory.

How long does Infuse last?

Infuse takes place over six weeks, with each session lasting about an hour and a half.

What happens after Infuse?

After Infuse, each participant will have the opportunity to begin shadowing the worship team. The length of this process will vary, as we take into account each individual’s experience and readiness. Because of this, the pace of integration is handled on a case-by-case basis, allowing each person to grow and step in at the right time.

Is childcare provided at rehearsals?

We do not provide childcare at rehersals.

Is equipment provided?

Members of the team will need to purchase their own set of in-ear monitors before officially serving on the team.

I love to worship, but I can't sing or play an instrument, what do I do?

God loves the heart of a worshiper! Not being able to sing or play an instrument right now doesn’t mean you can’t grow in those areas. If this is something you feel God is leading you into, it may be an invitation to take your next step. We encourage you to consider vocal training or instrumental lessons in your area to develop the gifts He’s placed in you.
