ROLE SUMMARY 
Support GSM Director with all administrations and communicational needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit New Students
  • Update Grades in Academic Portal
  • Set up classes in Academic Portal for each school year.
  • Maintain records for payments.
  • Organize and Plan Graduations
  • Work with social media team to promote GSM on different social platforms.
  • Maintain and update GSM policies.
  • Maintain Student Files
  • Process Invoices to accounting
  • Gather Student Evaluations
  • Respond to all GSM emails.
  • Communicate all news and important information with students.
  • Gather presentation slides, homework, and exams from Instructors.
  • Send email payment reminders to students.
  • Assist in setting up for Monday night classes.
  • Plan promotional registration events.
  • Other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain the academic platform.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules.
  • Communication skills to be the point of contact for all students and instructors.
  • Bilingual (Preferred)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related work experience

 WORKING CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
The physical activity of this job includes sitting, standing, and walking for an extended period. This role regularly communicates through talking and hearing and must be able to do so efficiently and effectively.
