Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care is our ministry dedicated to ministering to and caring for the people.

Our passionate team consists of those who have the heart of a shepherd. Care Leaders are assigned to each section of our auditorium with the desire to know you and to help you grow in your relationship with God.

Whether you’ve been coming for two years or two weeks, our Care Leaders want to be there for you. They host get-togethers, answer your questions about the church, and help you find your place in the variety of ministries we offer at Grow.

To find out who your Care Leader is, connect with our Pastoral Care Pastors or email us. We look forward to connecting with you.

Restoring the Foundations

Rarely can we point to a single cause for problems in our lives. They are usually complicated and can involve many people and events which impact us on a regular basis. Compound these events over a life-time and it is no wonder that we are often at a loss to discern the root causes of such pressing issues. These many facets continually interact to make us who we are.

This is true for the four sources of our problems and their negative effects on our lives. The four sources are: Generational Sins and Curses, Ungodly Beliefs, Life’s hurts, and Demonic Oppression. These sources are integrally intertwined.  There is a fundamental interrelatedness between each one and the other three sources. In order to bring lasting healing and freedom, all four sources must receive ministry in the same general time frame, with the RTF minister understanding how each source relates to the others.

Restoring The Foundations is an integrated, structured approach to restoring us to our God given identity and purpose. The ministry consists of:
  1. Shutting the doors to the places in our souls where the enemy has gained access, both ancestral and personal, replacing generational curses with blessings.
  2. Renouncing the lies that we have believed about ourselves, others, and God, and replacing them with new beliefs that align with God’s word.
  3. Allowing Jesus to heal hurts from painful experiences that we are carrying inside and may not even be aware of.
  4. Finally, using our authority as believers to remove the sources of oppression that have been affecting our thinking and behavior.

Receiving ministry in these four areas helps us to move closer to the goal of becoming more and more like Jesus by living a life filled with joy and peace, regardless of our circumstances.
